Interim Building Inspector and Code Enforcement Officer, Don Smith, handles Building Permits, Certificates of Occupancy and Fire Inspections. He and his senior clerk, Katrina, can be reached daily during office hours. Feel free to come in – before 10AM- and discuss your plans.

Building Permit Inspections will be completed on Wednesdays and Fridays from 8am – 11am.

The Building and Zoning Office senior clerk is in the office Monday through Thursday  8:00 AM – 10:00 AM,  Friday 8:00 AM – Noon

CONCERN ABOUT A SHORT TERM RENTAL?

The Town recognizes that short-term rentals can impact surrounding neighbors. If you are experiencing an issue related to a short-term rental—such as noise disturbances, unsafe conditions, parking concerns, or occupancy violations—we encourage you to report it so the Town can respond appropriately.

All complaints are logged and routed for review and enforcement as needed.

Complaints may be submitted anonymously. Including as much detail as possible helps ensure an effective response.
